These terms cover use of the TenderMetro platform, data and APIs. By creating an account you agree to them.

Subscriptions are billed annually per plan; AI usage beyond plan limits is billed on use
Trials run for 14 days and can be cancelled at any time before billing starts
Accounts are per named user; do not share credentials or resell platform access
API and MCP access is rate limited; keys may be revoked for abuse
Tender data is provided for research; always confirm details with the issuing buyer

Your content

You own the content you add: notes, files, pursuits and saved searches. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI output

AI briefings and answers are research aids and can be wrong. Check every requirement and deadline against the buyer's official notice before you bid.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.

Liability

TenderMetro is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
