Help
Common questions
How do I invite my team?
Workspace members are added from Settings. Pipelines and saved views are shared inside the workspace, while alerts stay per user.
Why is a tender missing from my alerts?
Check the saved search filters first — value bands and country filters are the usual cause. If the tender exists on a source we do not yet index, tell us and we will assess adding it.
How often does the data refresh?
Each source refreshes on its own schedule, most every six hours. New matches trigger alerts on the next refresh.
Where do I get help?
Email admin@tendermetro.com with the opportunity or search in question and we will look at the record directly.
