API keys & webhooks
The developer portal issues API keys, shows usage against your hourly limits and manages webhook subscriptions.
API keys
Create a key in the developer portal, copy it once and store it in your own secret manager. Keys can be rotated or revoked at any time, and usage is logged per key.
Calling the REST API
Send your key as a bearer token or an x-api-key header. Endpoints cover tenders, awards, buyers, suppliers and documents with the same filters as the app.
Webhooks
- Subscribe to new matches, amendments and award events.
- Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify it.
- Failed deliveries are retried and recorded in the delivery log.
