Saved searches & alerts
Alerts run your saved searches on a schedule and tell you what is new. They are the difference between remembering to check the market and being told when it moves.
Create an alert
Save a search, then choose a delivery schedule: as it happens, daily digest, or weekly summary. Each alert can send to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook endpoint.
Start small
Two or three alerts are enough at first. Read a week of results, tighten the filters that produced noise, then add more.
Amendment and award alerts
- Deadline changes and addenda on tenders you follow.
- Award notices published against tenders in your pipeline.
- New entrants and unusual buyer activity in your sectors.
If something is missing
Check the saved filters first — value bands and country filters are the usual cause. If a tender exists on a source we do not yet index, tell us and we will assess adding it.
